DHL is asking for extra payment but I already paid for shipping
Please note that we ship Forbrain DDU from Hong-Kong, this means that we don’t cover customs charges. This is stated on the sale conditions that you agreed to when you placed your order https://www.forbrain.com/legal-1:
“All prices displayed on the Forbrain website are INCOTERM DAP (Delivered At Place or DDU) [...] Local or customs duties can be requested by administration depending of your location. You will not be informed of the amount of the duties during the payment procedure. You agree to take in charge these duties with no possibility of being reimbursed by SOUND FOR LIFE.”
When will I receive my Forbrain?
Maximum 2 working days after placing your order, you should receive an email from us with the tracking information. You can then track your shipment on the courier's website
The light switches off when I am charging it, I don't think it's charging properly, is this normal?
There is a mistake in some of our user manuals, which indicate that there should be a blue light once charging is complete. This is wrong, it is completely normal that the ligt switches off, it means the device is fully charged. We apologize for the inconvenience.
My Forbrain is broken/not working properly, how can I get it repaired?
Simply fill in the following form that you can find here. Upon receipt of your request, we will tell you where you can return the defective device (without the box and accessories). Upon receipt, we will send you another headset. Please note that the warranty is 2 years of private use.
