How do I order Forbrain?
You just need to click on the “order now” green button on the top right of our website, and fill in the order form. We will then ship Forbrain to the address of your choice.
What is the price of Forbrain?
How soon will I receive the Forbrain headset?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours and your package will be shipped from one of our warehouses located in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Immediately after placing the order, once we have shipped the device, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Expect delivery within 4-5 days via express carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).
Can I pay in installments?
Can I try Forbrain before buying it?
No, but we offer a 30-day money back-guarantee if you are not satisfied with the product. You would need to return the product, and would obtain a full refund of your order.
Is Forbrain supported by health insurance?
No. Forbrain is an educational tool and is not covered by health insurance.
If I have a technical problem, how does the warranty works?
Simply fill in the following form that you can find here. Upon receipt of your request, we will tell you the nearest address where you can return, in a bubble envelope, the defective device (without the box and accessories). Upon receipt, we will send you another headset. Please note that the warranty is 2 years of private use.
Is this shipped to my country?
Yes, we deliver to homes and businesses around the world with the exception of Russia, Ukraine, North Korea, South Africa and Central African countries, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia and Chile. For these countries, please check our local distributors’ page here
Can I pay by bank transfer?
This isn’t possible unless you order more than 3 Forbrain units. If this is the case, please send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I pay in local currency?
We only sell Forbrain in American dollars and Euros. If you wish to know the price in your local currency, we recommend that you check the current currency exchange rate on-line.
I entered the discount/affiliate code but I don’t see the discounted price
You need to enter your discount code and click on “next step” to go to the next page. There you will see the total of your order including the discount.

My payment is being rejected, what should I do?
Our payment platform is PayPal. We accept Visa and Master Cards as well as PayPal payments. As our PayPal account is a Hong-Kong based account, some banks tend to block the transaction for security reasons. You can contact your bank to know if the transaction is being blocked.
