As humans, we respond to sounds in our environments. When those sounds introduce too many thoughts in our brains, they cause our nervous systems to over-react and we feel less confident, eroding our self-esteem and motivation. Forbrain® works directly on your nervous system by focusing on your voice and reducing the sound clutter in your brain. This settles the nervous system and improves confidence, motivating you to succeed and take action.
